We do not accept items for exchange, refund, or return. Every purchase is final. Please be aware that Kaié Beauty LLC retains the right to reject any returns. If anything is missing or damaged after you receive your products, do let us know within 24-48 hours. We are no longer responsible for the merchandise after 24-48 hours. Customers may cancel any unshipped items at this time for a full refund thanks to a change to our return policy.
